Well Mr K. has moved job sites which means he is no longer being supplemented with a travelling expense. An expense that we actually make money on- about $10/day. Which is unfortunate as it goes directly towards out debt. That with the fact that Tuesday was an early finish due to rain and Friday was an early finish due to the blistering heat. I'm not sure if we are going to have any extra on the next paycheck :o( The last two paychecks have been phenomenal the real reason for us being able to really knock down our debt in the past few weeks. Obviously it would have been nice to see that continue but it is what it is.
On Saturday we played in my company's golf tournament which was a great time (despite the 31 degree weather) I managed not to get heatstroke YAY!
The really fantastic part is that we won a bunch of prizes and the kind I like-- gift cards!!
We ended up with: a thermal cooler bag, golf umbrella set, $25 wal-mart gc, $30 winners gc, $30 home depot gc. I'm taking the wal-mart and winners and Mr. K can enjoy the Home Depot card. I'm planning to go to Wal-Mart this week and purchase a collared shirt for another golf tournament on Friday (hoping for another gift card!!!). I don't have a proper shirt to golf in and as I am out of spending money the gift card will come in handy. I was looking on the wal-mart website and they're $16.98! so I can pick up a few essentials at the same time.
