Getting our Own Place??

We are tossing up the idea of getting our own place in the near future. Yes, this does mean that our rent and some other expenses will increase. There will be a trade off of our having our own place and the fact that I have a place I can call my own. This would make me a lot happier. So, it would result in a longer debt pay off but as we would already have our own place, getting a house can wait a bit longer.

There are some stipulations, before we will seriously consider this avenue:
1. CRA must be paid
2. Visa with $2000 balance must be paid
3. First/Last saved
4. Money for move saved
5. **CAR** must be gone and replacement paid for.

We could accomplish this as early as September but with the lease takeover out of our hands...we really don't know.
