New Purchase

I realized yesterday that I had 3 days left to use an instore credit for Le Chateau- from a Christmas gift that I returned in January. My mom had bought me a lovely top for Christmas but I wasn't going to wear it. I used to not say anything but that would be a waste- so I have no qualms returning things now. I went in expecting to get either another shirt or something similar. I ended up with a great pair of shorts and a shirt and I still have $11.27 left on credit!! I didn't plan it that way but both the items that I picked out were on sale for $19.99 each. YAY! I tried on tons of clothes and just brought piles to the dressing room. I was absolutely thrilled. I don't have a lot of nice clothes- I don't really like much of what I have but it's just not on the priority list at the moment. The top can be worn at work or for personal wear, the shorts can be worn at work, golfing or personal wear. I'm trying to buy nice classic pieces that fit well, look good on me and can be somewhat versatile. I'm more conscious of what colours look good on me- almost everything in my closet is the wrong colour for me! I'm a winter and I've been dressing like I'm a summer. I'm really excited to have nice clothes!
