Paid off First Visa Today!!!

Now if you're wondering how we were able to pull this off- I looked at our budget last night and realized that we have the money in our account now, I just had it split up over the next two Fridays. So, why not just pay it now and then we just can't start the next debt until that two weeks is over. So, we may save a couple dollars interest in the meantime. That makes me ecstatic- 2nd debt paid off. Although, it's great to see that I'm a little nervous as the debts we have remaining are now big! No payoffs in the time we have been able to pay off the first two.

NEWS!!!
Mr K has made the decision to switch jobs, he will be making less money, but is guaranteed work as where he was seemed to be becoming unstable. He will be able to put in a few extra hours each week which will bring him up to the amount that we have currently budgeted as his pay- the big difference is that he won't have the big paycheck overages that he was initially having. So, we won't have the extra monies that we have had to pay down big debt. But hey maybe there will be some optional overtime. The good news is he will be working 7-5 instead of 7-7, which will be nice for us to spend some time together- he mentioned this morning that we can go for more walks (we've only gone once). He was going to give his two weeks and was told he didn't have to go into work at all this morning.

VACATION
We were planning to take vacation early August, now I have to rush and ask my boss if I can take next week off or we won't be able to go- as Mr K will not get vacation. I will write an update as I am going to ask for this massive favour right now.
