The CSX was dropped off at the dealership tonight and we have signed away the vehicle. YAY!! We have accomplished step #1 to getting our mortgage. It would have been even nicer if we had not offered a $4000 cash incentive- meaning that we wrote a cheque for $4000 for someone to take over the lease, also we will be billed for the lease transfer fees approx. $550, and our second deposit of $5000.
Now we need to figure out what exactly we are going to replace the lease with... We have been researching a few different vehicles but nothing yet.
