I got an email from a lady who viewed our leased CSX on Sunday and she wants to take it before November. We are so super excited, this is one of the stipulations for us to qualify for our mortgage next year.
At this point I am really anxious to get all the paperwork filled out and squared away as it isn't really sold until then and I have people contacting me daily (I don't know what it is about Fall but everyone is calling now after 6 months of being listed)
This is so exciting and such a relief!!! YAY!!!
We are likely going to go to the Honda dealership in town and see if we can get a used vehicle for a payment around $200/month. Which would save us about $330/month. The bank said we could go as high as $300 but I don't want things to be that tight, besides our other car payment is already $648.00 which is massive already, so car payments alone would be $848.00 which is plenty without factoring in gas, insurance and maintenance. We currently pay more for our vehicles than anything else and it is about the same amount that our mortgage will be. Geez!
