There is a huge jump this month in our networth, this is because we were finally able to find someone to takeover the lease on the CSX! It did cost us $4500 but was necessary to help us qualify for our mortgage next year. Now we have to find a much cheaper replacement vehicle. It's great to see our networth really moving! I can't believe the progress we have made in 6 months.
