Payday

It's payday again!
I didn't realize until last week that I could submit my overtime hours so I got a huge paycheck for last week. Further to that I got 8 hours at time and a half and 10 hours at double time. We were able to make a $700.00 on the credit line today- it's so exciting. :o)

The lady taking over our least got in touch yesterday we are just waiting for the lease takeover person at Acura to come into work and start processing everything- we will likely hear back by the end of next week. I don't foresee any issues with the takeover.

We did get some more information on the deal that Mr K gets at Ford through his work, they are offered fleet pricing through Ford's fleet department. We are going to go by tomorrow and test drive the base Focus and see if we like that one. If so we will have to wait until Monday to find out what the fleet price is, as the fleet department only works Monday to Friday.

I am looking forward to getting into a much lower monthly car payment and it actually being an asset instead of a "rental".

The only drawback will be seeing our debt go up significantly as we offered a $4500 incentive to get out of our lease, payable once the sale is complete. That partnered with the 2 down payments of $5000 for our house is going to be painful to look at.
