The CSX is definitely going before the next payment which is so exciting!
We received confirmation we are signing the papers tonight with the new leasee, then we have to wait for Honda Finance to approve then it's all a go. I even have 2 people lined up in case this first one doesn't work out. I guess the fall is the time to get rid of a vehicle.
We'll likely take some time to go replacement car shopping this weekend. Again, looking for a total monthly payment around $200, not to exceed $220.
We really are on our wait to meeting our commitments.
My second RRSP withdrawal for the First Time Home Buyers Plan has already been deposited into my account, the second payment will be withdrawn from our account on the holiday Monday. It's for $5000 and we had $4845 so we'll be coming up with the $155 difference, which will be more than covered by my overtime that will be paid out on Friday.
I'm really looking forward to the long Thanksgiving weekend- Monday off really. It will be great to have the family together for dinner. Mr K and I have been putting in a lot of extra hours at work lately- and we are both running on empty.
