We have to continue on the track that we are on, keep on paying things off. We haven't quite gotten back to the highest point that we had previously before all the wedding/honeymoon stuff but we're well on our way to be back there and surpassing it. So close to unchartered territory for us and we're really looking forward to it.
We've decided not to finish the basement as we should wait 1-2 years for the foundation to settle. We are going to install hardwood and pot lights and that's it (on the upper levels)
